Sage has more than three quarters of a million customers in the UK and almost six million around the world. It has been providing customers with business software for 25 years. The firm’s recently-launched Sage 200 business

management suite helps companies to make the most of accounting, project management and back-office information.

Red Hat

Red Hat consistently performs well, both for customers and in awards ceremonies. It meets expectations for lowering costs, meets customer requirements on time and in budget. About 97 per cent of polled customers said they would continue to do business with the firm.

PlateSpin

PlateSpin’s datacentre automation software optimises the use of server resources, letting global 2000 companies lower costs, recover from disasters, consolidate systems and migrate hardware. It can help firms manage virtual and physical server environments.

Tideway

Tideway’s innovative discovery and reasoning engines give firms a complete picture of their IT environment, letting them see exactly how their IT is supporting the business. A recently launched Configpedia tool is a social networking site for customers and partners.

StepStone

StepStone is a recruitment firm that provides on-demand talent management software for corporates and public-sector organisations looking to hire new staff. Its technology, online media and applications can help employers to attract, recruit, develop, retrain and manage the best available talent.

Citrix Online

GoToAssist remote support software by Citrix has changed the way that support and contact centres serve their customers. With its online collaboration tools it can help such departments to remotely access PCs and networks, enabling them to instantly locate and fix problems, without the need for an engineer to travel to users’ locations.

BigHand

The supplier signed 130 new customers from a range of private industries and the public sector in the past year, giving them consultancy, project management and technical support in one

complete solution. Its digital dictation system is the most widely adopted of its kind.

Eg Solutions

Eg is a software applications company that develops products for customer service operations centres in the financial industry. Its software is scalable and improves customer service, quality and productivity, while reducing workload and removing bottlenecks. It reduced staffing and operational costs at insurance provider Norwich Union by 10 per cent.
