The votes are in, the numbers have been counted and verified and we can now confirm that you, the readers of T3 think that Apple handled the antennagate issues well enough to keep the company in good favour, just about.
Results from the T3 poll: ‘Are you happy with the antennagate outcome?’ have shown that 42 per cent of you are pleased with the free case outcome and claim “I still don’t have a problem with my iPhone”. This compares to 37 per cent of readers who think the outcome was woeful and “Apple shouldn't be allowed to get away with...

Look everyone, it's the littlest handset come to deliver Android cheer. Last month we got word that Modu was working on a touchscreen device dubbed the T-Phone, featuring full 3G and microSD expansion, also referred to as the Modu 2. Now we have video of what looks to be the same phone out in the wild, running an early version of Android (possibly 1.6) and looking rather fit next to an iPhone and an HTC G2. Curiously, this is said to be lacking 3G data entirely, only pulling data over WiFi, but we have to...

Speaking exclusively to T3 on set of a 3D film shoot, a number of 3D industry experts have shared their views, with mixed opinions, on the future of the biggest breakthrough in home entertainment since colour TV.
Chris Parks, Head Sterographer on the 3D shoot funded by TV manufacturer Philips, sharing his 16 years of experience in the production of 3D films said of the technology’s push into household acceptance: “I am sure that 3D TV will take off in the home, 100 per cent. Will it take off in its current form, I don’t know.”

The Nokia E5 is on its way to Orange. The network has just stuck up a new page on its official store, showing off the QWERTY mail machine, saying it’s ‘coming soon’.
Free on contract, the Nokia E5 is the successor to the much-loved and super-powerful E71 and E72. As well as packing in a full physical keyboard, it also rocks a 2.4-inch screen, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, DLNA and GPS with Nokia’s ace, free Ovi Maps.

Three's sponsored blog has revealed that the network will be releasing the iPhone 4 on July 30th only a few days after T-Mobile revealed it would also be releasing the phone on the same date.
The blog MobileBuzz, happens to be conveniently sponsored by Three, which should do nothing but add to the accuracy of the claim. In terms of the contracts themselves it's looking very reasonable. For £30 a month you'd need to pay £99 for the handset (16GB version) and for that you'll get 5000 texts, 500 mins and 1GB worth of internet usage. To get the full story...

Oh sure, VoIP on the iPod touch is hardly breaking news these days, but what if you could actually slap on a regular SIM card and make calls on said device? That's what Yosion's appropriately named Apple Peel 520 claims to do. Powered by an Infineon baseband chip, this adapter not only offers voice calling and text messaging (presumably requiring a jailbroken iPod touch for the apps; GPRS not possible yet), but it also doubles up as an 800mAh battery and provides 4.5 hours of call time or 120 hours of standby juice. We're told this cheeky...

Judging by the fact that our lovely planet is home to the Libretto W100, the Kno, Onkyo DX and oodles of prototypes that utilize twin panels rather than a panel and a keyboard, Sharp's newest microchip is likely to draw some serious industry attention. Improving on an idea that began in 2008, the company has recently shown off a new chip (dubbed LR388G9) that can control two mobile LCDs and can simultaneously display a pair of different 1,024 x 480 pixel clips on a pair of screens; moreover, it can output full 1080p to...

Specs have been leaked over the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Q; the smaller counterpart to the iPhone bashing Samsung Galaxy S.
Of course when we say smaller, the phrase can only really be applied to the downsized 3-inch AMOLED display. Rumour has it the Galaxy Q will appear in candy-bar form with a full QWERTY keyboard and will be running Android 2.2. Couple to this the reports of an 8-megapixel camera supporting HD Video recording and a 1-megapixel front facing camera, you've got quite a neat package.

"Runco" and "cheap" have never, ever been used correctly in the same sentence before, but being elite apparently doesn't mean that you can just turn a blind eye to rambling bandwagons. With just about every other projection company flipping out 3D-ready alternatives, Runco has decided it best to follow suit. The company has just added a fanciful pair of PJs to its Signature Cinema line, with the SC-50d and SC-60d both offering 3D playback with support for Active3D (active shutter) or passive glassed-based solutions. The duo also packs a 3-chip system that outputs 1080p natively, and these...
